If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Policy for National Delivery

Thank you for choosing our SoapTribe! We strive to ensure that our products are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy for national delivery below:

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. However, processing times may vary during high volume periods and holidays. Weekend orders will be processed the following monday.

2. Shipping Methods: We use Royal Mail for our delivery of our products. Standard shipping is the default option for national delivery.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination. Customers have the opportunity to review shipping costs in their basket prior to making payment.

4. Delivery Times: Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery times for national orders typically range from 3 - 5 business days.

5. Tracking Information: Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment. This will allow you to anticipate its arrival.

6. Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we currently only offer national delivery within the United Kingdom. We are unable to fulfill international orders at this time.

7. Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for orders that are misdelivered due to inaccurate shipping information.
